1 1/4 cups Butter, Room Temperature
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/4 cups Flour
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 cup Peanut Butter Chips
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Line 2 - 3 cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time and mix until combined. Add vanilla. Slowly add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined (very stiff). Fold in chips. Drop on baking sheets (lined with parchment) noting that they do spread out. Bake 8-11 minutes. Let cool completely before removing to a cooling rack.

Makes about 2-3 dozen. I double the recipe.
