1 ½ stick butter (softened)
1 c. & 2 tbsp. sugar
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 squares melted bakers unsweetened chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, Combine 1 ½ stick softened butter and 1 c. & 2 tbsp. sugar
2. Add sugar gradually, blend thoroughly
3. Blend in 3 squares melted unsweetened chocolate (Bakers chocolate, melt 1 ½ min. in microwave)
4. Add 1 ½ tsp. vanilla
5. Add 3 eggs, one at a time, beat for 5 min. each
6. Put in cooled pie shell
7. Refrigerate overnight
