1 c chunky or extra chunky peanut butter
1 egg
1 c sugar

Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg

Mix well

Shape into balls

Flatten and crisscross with fork dripped in sugar

Bake on greased cookie sheet for 8 - 10 minutes at 375º
