2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. shortening
11 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. salt
3 1/2 c warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast into water for 5 min. In mixer add yeast mix, sugar, shortening, salt, water. Mix and add 2 c. flour. Beat till smooth. Add 8-9 c. more flour. · Knead till smooth and let rise till doubles in size. Knead down, form, and let rise again. Bake 400 degrees 45-60 min.
