1 package Yeast
2 Tblsp Sugar
1/4 Water, tepid

3/4 c Water
1 stick Margarine

4 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg, whisked






Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together yeast, water, and sugar and let rise ~ 5 minutes.
2. Mix together in a bowl margarine and water-place in the microwave~60 second to melt the margarine. Let cool.
3.Add flour, salt and egg to the water and margarine bowl. Add the yeast mixture, stir to combine.
4.Knead dough ~ 3 minutes until combined and elasticity. Spray with Pam.
5.Place a towel over dough and let rise until double.
6.Punch down. Place in a greased pan.
7.Add toppings.
8.Bake at 450 degrees ~ 10-12 minutes.

This is the only recipe I have committed to memory. We had this pizza with American cheese every Friday night while I was growing up. Yum-Enjoy!!!
