¼ c crisco
½ c sugar
1 egg
1 c bran

3 bananas mashed, and 2Tbs water

1½ c four
½ tsp salt
2 tps baking powder
½ tps soda
1 tsp vanilla

(optional - chopped nut)




Directions:

1. Cream sugar and crisco

2. Add egg

3. Add bran

4. Puree banana, add water

5. Add vanilla

6. Add banana mixture and flour alternately.

7. Use 5X9 pan, and bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes
