2 lbs Ground Beef
1 ½ c. Chopped onion
2 Tbls. Oil
2 Cans Tomato sauce
4 6oz cans of tomato paste
2 Tbls. Chopped parsley
4 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
1 lb. Lasagna noodles
3 lbs. thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cook lasagna noodles as directed.

In a large pan lightly brown beef and onion in oil. Add sauce, tomato paste, parsley, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and oregano.

Simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes.

In a large baking dish, spread half cup of the sauce on bottom of the pan. Lay down lays or noddles and spread more sauce, alternat layers with noodles, sauce and cheese.

Bake for 40-50 minutes.
