Whip in the following order, slowly!

1 lb. butter, whipped
1 c. icing sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the butter first - then add the icing sugar and mix slowly.
Add the flour and cornstarch last. Mix.
Shape into small balls and press with a fork.
Bake on parchment paper at 325 degrees for approx. 10-12 mins.. (watch closely as each oven is different).
Cool and eat
