Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Cream together: 1 stick of Unsalted Butter, softened
(I use my mixer) 1/2 c Almond Butter (or peanut butter)
1/2 c White Sugar
1/2 c Brown Sugar (packed)

Mix in: 1/2 c applesauce (I use the 4 oz packaged ones)
2 eggs mixed by fork w/ 2 tbsp water & 1 tsp vanilla

Sift together: 2 c flour (I used one cup whole wheat pastry)
1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda

Add: All but 1/4 c to first mixture and mix.

Mix in: 2 c oatmeal (I used quick oats)

Stir in: 1 c or more Chocolate Chips with 1/4 c flour.

I usually cover and put in fridge for a few hours or sometime several days.

Bake at 350 degree oven for 13 minutes or until bottoms are brown
