2 C Brown sugar, packed
2 ½ sticks Butter, softened
2 Eggs

1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
2 C Flour

1 tsp. Vanilla
1 ¼ C. oats
1 ¼ C. raisins
3 ½ C. cornflakes
1 ½ C. shredded coconut
1 C. walnuts

In a large bowl or mixer, combine brown sugar and butter. Cream. Stir in eggs and mix well.
Combine soda, baking powder, salt and flour. Fold into butter mixture. Add vanilla, raisins, oats, cornflakes, coconut and walnuts. Blend well and scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 325 for 13-15 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen
