COOKIES
6 eggs
1½ c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted and cooled
5 tsp baking powder
½ bottle of lemon extract
6 c. flour

ICING
1 lb powdered sugar
2 tbsp butter
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar and butter.
Add lemon extract, baking powder and flour
Put onto floured surface and knead softly.

Roll into pencil length finger width - make bows and shapes.
Let set 5 to 10 minutes. Bake at 350 10-12 minutes.


ICING:
Mix powdered sugar and butter together
add milk until right consistency
