½ cup margarine
½ cup white sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
½ cup peanut butter
½ tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, white and brown sugar. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and egg. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt and stir into the batter. Mix in the rolled oats and chocolate chips. Drop on
parchment lined baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes.
