1 cup shortening
½ cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups & 4 TBSP flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 small pkg of chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350º.
2.) Cream shortening, sugars, and vanilla.
3.) Fold in eggs and beat.
4.) Add sifted dry ingredients.
5.) Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
