Roasted Peanuts (Optional)
2 C. Brown Sugar
2 Sticks of Margarine (or Butter)
1/2 C. White Karo
1 Tsp. Salt

1/2 Tsp. Soda
1/2 Tsp. Butter Flavoring (optional)
1 Tsp. Dark Karo

Directions:

Pop 6 to 8 quarts of popcorn and add 6 oz. roasted peanuts.

Cook the first set of ingredients for 5 minutes after reaching a full boil, then stir in the second set of ingredients (will puff up and lighten in color after adding soda).

Put the popcorn into large roaster pan and cover with hot mixture (layering/stirring as you cover). Bake at 250º for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes to coat popcorn well.

When done baking pour onto waxed paper and let set until cool, then package in air tight container to make sure it stays crisp.
