1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. vegetable oil
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp. milk
3 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. quick oats
1 c. shredded coconut
½ c. chopped nuts

Blend all ingredients.

Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

Freeze very well.
