Melt together:
1 package of chocolate chips
1 package of butterscotch chips

Add:
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chow mein noodles, broken up
1 cup salted peanuts, slightly broken up

Mix and drop on waxed paper. Hurry before they start to cool. These freeze well.
