1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
2 c. oatmeal
1½ c. chocolate chips
1½ c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. With flat beater attachment, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar at medium setting until well blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Reduce speed and gradually add in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix until smooth. On low setting, mix in oatmeal, chocolate chips and coconut until well mixed. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake on middle rack of oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
