-4 cups of flour
-4 tsp baking powder
-Salt to taste
-5 eggs
-Turkey broth from cooked turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Add first 3 ingredients and stir. Add eggs. Crumble together in hands until crumbly. In pan bring turkey broth to broil adding 1-2 cups of water. Add salt then bring to boil. Add riffles slowly stirring while adding them. Bring to boil again, then simmer until riffles are done. Add additional water if needed. After about 20-25 minutes test by cutting larger piece in half, if still wet/doughy continue to boil.
