2 cups Flour
½ cup Crisco
½ cup Sugar
1½ cup Brown Sugar only using ¾ cup in dough mixture
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ cup Water
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs separated (Put the egg whites aside)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and beat well.

2. Beat Egg Whites till light and fluffy, mix in remaining Brown Sugar.

Bake: 350º for 25 minutes
