1 oz. rosin or gum of white pine
3 oz. goose fat or sheep tallow
2 oz. beeswax

Directions:
Directions:
Heat goose fat or sheep tallow in a tin can on low heat. Add rosin or gum of white pine and stir with a small wooden spoon or stick. Add shredded beeswax to mixture and stir until smooth. Take off heat and pour in small jars. (This is a drawing salve.)

Note: Gum of white pine is lighter in color than rosin. Both are equally good. Goose fat help keep salve a little softer than the sheep tallow. Both are equally good.
