6 large russet potatoes
8 oz sour cream
2 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz of sharp cheddar cheese
3 tbs worcestershire sauce
4 green onions. sliced into small rounds

salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes till soft but firm. (not quite a baked potato) Let cool, peel, then cut into chunks.
Mix all other ingredients in large bowl.
Add potatoes and toss till all ingredients are incorporated
Pour into greased baking dish.
Cook at 350 degrees for 45 min or until brown and bubbly.

My Grammy was a great southern cook.I loved holidays at her house she always made this dish. You don't have to wait for a holiday , you can cut this down to have any nite of the week.
