6 medium sweet potatoes
¼ cup butter
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup dark corn syrup
2 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes. Cool, peel, and half lengthwise. Place the potatoes into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and cut sides down. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour until well glazed. Baste frequently. *Note: Grandma doubles this recipe.
