1 cup butter
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
½ tsp. baking powder
⅛ tsp. salt
2¼ cups sifted all-purpose flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, adding sugar gradually. Add unbeaten egg. Sift cocoa, baking powder, and salt with flour and mix in gradually. Add vanilla. Press through cookie press and bake in 400º oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
