1 cup Crisco
2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 cups gold medal flour
1 cup chopped pecans
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cream together Crisco, brown sugar, and sugar. Add eggs. Beat well until creamy.
2) Add vanilla, salt, baking soda, and flour. Mix well (will be stiff)
3) Add chopped pecans and chocolate chips. Stir in by hand.
4) Bake 365 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
