1 c. Butter, softened
1 c. packed Brown Sugar
⅓ c. Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
1½ c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2½ c. Oats
1 bag Cinnamon Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350º.
2. Beat the butter, brown sugar and white sugar together.
3. Add eggs and vanilla to the mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda.
5. Slowly mix in the flour mixture.
6. Stir in oats and cinnamon chips.
7. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.

Personal Notes:
This is my favorite cookie and is a staple in our house during the Christmas season. Stores don't always carry the cinnamon chips unless it is during the holidays and I have always had to get the chips at Leevers in Devils Lake or at Walmart.
