8 short ribs
Boneless chuck abiut 2-3 lbs.
1 onion
1½ C olive oil
2C white wine
3 cans Hunts Puree (24 oz)
1 can Hunts tomato sauce
4 stalks celery
P inch of Basil
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat and onion in oil until meat is brown and oinion is soft.
Add all other ingredients to large sauce pot and stir to incorporate all ingredients.
Cook on low heat about 2-3 hours stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and either freeze or put in glass jars for loner storage.
