CREAM …
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs

COMBINE …
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp cream tarter
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt

SUGAR MIXTURE
2 T sugar
2 T cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
CREAM butter, shortening, sugar and eggs

COMBINE flour, tarter, soda, salt

Add flour mixture to butter mixture

Roll dough into balls then into sugar mixture


BAKE 375 for 8 to 10 minutes
