Ingredients:  
1 ⅔ cup all purpose flour
¾ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup white sugar
1 ½ sticks butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

6 - 12 oz of white chocolate chips (According to taste)
1 cup macadamia nuts (or more to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Beat together white and brown sugars and butter. Beat in egg and vanilla.

Mix in the combined dry ingredients. Add the white chocolate chips.

Drop by large Tbsp onto cookie sheet. Press macadamia nuts into top of each cookie. Bake 9 minutes.
