1 c melted butter
1 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
2 t water
3 c flour
1 pkg bridge mix or assorted chocolate candies
4-5 doz walnut halves (or pecan halves)

HAS TO CHILL.
Melt butter and mix in sugars. Add eggs and next 4 ing. Add flour and mix. Chill for at least 1 hr or OVN. PREHEAT 375º. Scoop out T of dough and form around chocolate wafer (or pieces of cut up candy bar). Place walnut half on top and place on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 min. Cool for 2 min then rack.

Hershey miniature bars are good.
