CRUST & TOPPING:
2 c butter
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1/4 c cocoa
1/2 t salt
1 T vanilla
3 3/4 c flour
FILLING:
12 1/4 oz jar caramel ice cream topping
1/8 c whipping cream
1 c semi-sw chocolate chips
1/2 t vanilla
2 t sea or Kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT 325º. Spray 9X13 pan with PAM or line with foil and spray.
Combine butter, sugars, cocoa and salt in mixing bowl. Beat MED till light and creamy. Add vanilla. Add flour gradually. (Dough is soft). Take out 1 c and wrap in plastic and refrig. Press rest of dough into pan. Bake 20 min. Heat caramel 20 sec in MW. Dump in bowl. Add chips an cream and stir. Cool crust for 15 min. Heat chips and cream and caramel for 1 min/set 1 min. Stir, 20/20 if necessary. Add vanilla. Pour over crust and spread. Sprinkle sea salt over. Crumble rest of dough from refrig over caramel. Bake 25-30 min. Cool on rack 25 min. Cut brownie size pieces.
