1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
3/4 to 1 c. grapefruit juice
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 c. sweet milk
1 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour into baked pastry shell. Top with meringue, bake to golden brown.
