2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in the egg, then the vanilla.
Reduce the mixer speed to low and gradually add the flour mixture, mixing just until incorporated.
