1 pkg. yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)
1 cup luke warm water (110º - 115º)
2 TBSP sugar
1 tsp. salt
2TBSP vegetable oil
2 1.2 - 3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, water and sugar in a glass bowl. Cover with saran wrap. Let sit for 15 minutes until it starts to foam. Add salt and oil. Mix until blended. Add flour 1 cup at a time until the dough forms a soft pliable ball. Put 1/2 cup of flour on the counter and work the dough ball, folding in half, turn and fold in half until it is no longer sticky. Place in a blow that is sprayed with cooking spray and cover with plastic wrap until it is doubled in size. Remove from bowl and divide in 2 pieces.
Roll on a floured board until desired size.
You can precook the crust....425º for 10-15 minutes.
Afterwards, add your desired pizza toppings and cook an addition 15 minutes or until bottom crust is light brown.
