1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients in order. Do not add more flour. Drop dough on cookie sheet with a spoon. Flatten the dough with a water glass that was dipped in sugar. Use a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or less.
