Olive Oil
1 medium Onion
1/2 Green Pepper Chopped
Garlic (1 or 2 cloves chopped)
Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Basil (either fresh or dried) - about 1 tsp dried
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 28 oz Crushed Tomatos
1 teaspoon Tomato Paste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and green pepper in olive oil until tender. Add crushed garlic. Add tsp tomato paste and combine.

Add crushed tomatoes plus fill empty can with water and add. Add chopped fresh parsley, basil, salt and pepper.

Cook for about 1 hour on low heat.

For the basil, if dried, crush tsp between your palms before adding to sauce.
