1 pkg caramels
2 T evaporated milk
2 cups chopped pecans
1-7oz Hershey Bar
2T shortening or wax (1/4 block shaved)
Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels in milk in double boiler. Add pecans; mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Cool. Mix Hershey bar with shortening in saucepan until melted. Dip caramel/pecan spoonfuls into chocolate mixture to coat. Drop onto waxed paper to harden.
