1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 400ºf
Plump the raisins, sift flour, baking soda and spices
Cream butter, add sugar, add egg, and beat until fluffy
Add flour mixture and buttermilk, stir in oats, raisins and nuts
