1 C. powdered sugar

1 C. extra crunchy peanut butter

1 C. rice krispies

1 Tbsp. Butter

1 pkg. Toasted coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter and butter together. Add level cup of powdered sugar, then rice krispies. Roll into balls, then logs.

Make a powdered sugar glaze with 1 Tbsp. water and about ½ cup of powdered sugar. It should be thin. Dunk the logs into the glaze. Let it sit for about a minute and then roll in the toasted coconut. Put the logs on a cookie sheet and freeze immediately.
