1/2 cup butter or shortening
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup coconut.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Pour cake into 2 greased cake pans.

Bake until cake is done and golden about 35 - 40 minutes.
