1 can Cream soup (Chicken or Celery or Mushroom)
1 cup Milk
Dash of pepper
4 cups Sliced Potatoes
1 sliced Onion
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp Butter
Paprika and Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Soup, milk and pepper in a bowl.
In a casserole dish layer the potatoes and onion.
Pour soup mixture over all.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Dot top with butter and sprinkle with Paprika and salt.
Cover and Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
