1 1/4 flour
3/4 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Bakng powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup gran. Sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg beaten well


You should double this recipie other wize you won't get that many.

Mix all ingred. And chill dough for about a half hour.
Heat oven to 375 º
Roll dough into balls place onto ungreased cookie sheet. Using a fork dipped in four make crisis crosses on cookies.
Bake for 10 to 12 min. Cool on pan for 1 min. Then put onto cooling rack.
