2 eggs
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c walnuts, chopped



Topping:
1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c evaporated milk
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix eggs, pineapple and juice, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and vanilla until combined. Pour batter into 9x13 ungreased pan. Combine brown sugar and walnuts, sprinkle over top of cake batter. Bake for 25-35 minutes.

Topping:
combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and vanilla. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Will be thin. Pour over hot cake.
