1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 ( 12oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat shortening, eggs, sugars, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients; blend well. Stir in nuts and chips. Drop form teaspoon on to ungreased baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake at 375º for 8 to 10 minutes.
