3 T Oil
1 Large Onion
4 Stalks Celery
1 Large Green Pepper
Garlic to taste
1 Bunch Green Onions
Salt
Pepper
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 Can Tomatoes
2 lb Ground Beef
Spaghetti noodles

Directions:
Directions:
For 1 large pot full

Roux: use about 3 T. oil and flour. Add hot water (about 3 cups)
Chop: 1 large onion; 4 stalks celery; 1 large green pepper; garlic or garlic salt to taste; 1 bunch onions.
Salt & Pepper to taste; hot sauce to taste.
Brown: 1 ½ to 2 lb ground meat.
Dump meat and chopped vegs into the roux.
Add I can tomato sauce & 1 can tomatoes.
Simmer until vegs are done.
Cook spaghetti until done & pour sauce over it!

When we lived in Singapore a friend from La. shared this recipe and it has been a favorite for our family every since. It is one of those dishes just as good when heated up!
