1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Butter or Margarine
½ Cup Oil
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
3 ½ Cups flour
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Rice Krispies
1 Pkg Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add Oil, eggs, and vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Stir in oatmeal, Rice Krispies, Chocolate Chips, and nuts.
Drop by Tablespoonful onto cooking sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes.
