WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

FOR THE BROWNIES:
1 cup sugar (white, brown or a combo of the two)
1/2 cup oil or melted butter
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons of water
1/4 cup cocoa powder

FOR THE COOKIES:
1/2 stick of butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon of water
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup of M&M’s

DIRECTIONS:
{one} Preheat oven to 325ºF.

{two} Mix all the ingredients for the brownies until combined. Spread it into the bottom of an 8×8 pan.

{three} Place a layer of M&M’s down and make any design you like.

{four} Mix all the ingredients for the cookies until combined. Dollop balls of cookie dough down over what is already in the pan.

{five} Top off all of the mounds of cookie dough with more M&M’s!

{six} Bake for 50 minutes and then let cool.
