1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Olea
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
4-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sugars , olea, and oil. Gradually add eggs, vanilla, flour, soda and cream of tartar.
Refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours. Form into small balls and roll in colored sugar or plain sugar. Put on cookie sheet lightly sprayed with pam flatten balls with fork or glass and bake @350•degrees about 10-12 minutes
