2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
6 oz butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 t vanilla
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4.cup International Delight Frosted Cookie Coffee Creamer

Frosting:
4 oz butter
3 cups powdered sugar
3-4 T International Delight Frosted Cookie Coffee Creamer
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 t salt

Directions:

Cookies:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Beat butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla, sour cream and Creamer and beat until light and fluffy.
Add the flour mixture and mix together.
Scoop the dough out in golf ball size balls. Makes about 20.
Bake for 16-18 minutes.

Frosting:
Beat the butter for about a minute; add the rest of the ingredients and beat until the consistency is right.

These freeze well. Cookies can be stored with or without icing. Icing also may be frozen.
