1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
1 cup light brown sugar packed
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate roughly chopped
1 cup marshmallows
1 pint vanilla ice cream for serving

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the honey, vanilla extract and egg.
Beat until well combined.

Sift in the flour, graham cracker crumbs, salt, baking soda & baking powder. Beat until the flour
and graham is evenly incorporated.

Fold in the milk chocolate chunks & marshmallows.

In a 8 or 9 inch cast iron skillet add the dough. Press the dough down until it is even and flat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.

Serve with a scoop ice cream, honey or chocolate sauce & whipped cream if desired!
