2-1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar (light)
1 cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
48 Rolos
1 Tablespoon sugar
4 ounces white chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, cocoa and soda; set aside. Mix together brown sugar, sugar and butter. Add vanilla & eggs; then add flour mixture. Blend in 1/2 to 3/4 of the pecans. (Save the remaining pecans mixing pecans and sugar for topping.) Wrap 1 rolo in approximately 1 Tablespoon dough. Dip one side in sugar/pecan mixture and place on cookie sheet (sheet covered with parchment paper). Bake at 375º F for 7 - 10 minutes. Cool cookies and then drizzle each cookie with melted white chocolate.
